PROJECT

AUTOMOTIVE

Our decades of experience in the Automotive sector allows us to provide a valid contribution in each stage of components’ development, verifying all aspects in terms of quality, cost and timing.

Our support service in the design of automotive components covers:

  • Engineering of chassis, body, suspension and engine components;
  • DMU analysis for components installation;
  • 2D Drafting for production.

MOTORSPORT

High-performance vehicles require specific component development to ensure reliability, lightweight and high efficiency.
This is possible through an accurate analysis of the design and manufacturing phases of each component and above all thanks to the study of solutions that aim at using the most innovative and performing materials for the racing industry.

Among our projects we mention:

  • Homologation equipment for car components (single-seater chassis, front and rear wings, suspension levers, roll-hoop);
  • Wind tunnel data acquisition equipment;
  • Carbon bodywork components (wings, deflectors, suspension covers, motor heat shields).

MOTORCYCLE

We focus our work on the identification of new technologies that can ensure comfort, performance and safety on two-wheeled vehicles.
We also seek to offer innovative design solutions that reflect the latest trends in the industry.

Our projects are dedicated to the development of the following areas:

  • Aesthetic bodywork components;
  • Exhaust system layout;
  • Mechanical components for vehicle’s set-up;
  • Parts of electrical and braking system;
  • Engine components.

MOULD DESIGN

The design of moulds requires close collaboration with the customer to fully understand the use of the product and the material used, as well as the technical data and associated regulations.
The activity includes the following phases:

  • Indication of technical specifications of the project by the client;
  • Feasibility study of the product;
  • 3D design of the mould and its components;
  • 2D Drafting for production.

REVERSE ENGINEERING (3D LASER SCANNER)

To date, 3D laser technology for dimensional verification of parts against design specifications is one of the most widely used processes for product development in various fields.

Thanks to this technology it is also possible to carry out a 3D scanning of the part and import it into various CAD software for multiple uses:

  • Parametric 3D models for product optimization;
  • Feasibility study of designed components;
  • 3D models for FEM and CFD simulations;
  • 3D models for rapid prototyping (3D printing).
